At Planet X, we want to ensure your gear is the perfect fit for your athletic performance. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is unused and in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
